Description
The variety "Sniedze", introduced in 1997 by Dzidra Rieksta, is a hardy park rose. It forms a dense, pyramidal bush about 1.2-1.5 m wide and tall, with leathery, dark green, wrinkled leaves and very spiny stems. From mid-June to late autumn, it produces medium-sized (5-7 cm), bowl-shaped, completely filled white flowers in clusters of 7-15 flowers, giving off a strong, pleasant fragrance. A vigorous, disease and weather resistant plant, ideal for undemanding, fragrant garden hedges or country house borders.
