Delivery and Payment

For orders placed in the online store, there are 2 payment options available:

1. Purchases made in the online store can be paid in cash upon receipt of goods at the nursery “Rožulejas”, Kaive, Sēmes parish, Tukums district, LV-3139
   
2. Purchases made in the online store can be paid via online transactions.

For orders of rose plants (2L) in the online store, there are 3 types of receipt options:

1. Free collection at the company’s address “Rožulejas” Kaive, Sēmes parish, Tukums district, LV-3139, coordinating the desired date of collection in advance (we recommend indicating this in the order comments).
2. Delivery via Omniva parcel terminals. We recommend this for smaller purchases (up to 30 rose plants) in the online store. Prices for delivery via Omniva parcel terminals depending on the volume of ordered plants are shown below.
3. Delivery via courier service. We also deliver larger purchases via courier service, individually setting the price based on the courier's quoted price. Please contact us by phone at +37129393001 before paying the invoice for rose plants if such a service is required.

For orders of rose plants (7L) in the online store, there are 2 types of receipt options:

1. Free collection at the company’s address “Rožulejas” Kaive, Sēmes parish, Tukums district, LV-3139, coordinating the desired date of collection in advance (we recommend indicating this in the order comments).
2. Delivery via courier service. We also deliver larger purchases via courier service, individually setting the price based on the courier's quoted price. Please contact us by phone at +37129393001 before paying the invoice for rose plants if such a service is required.

Since the 7L plants often reach a height of 1.5 m, we believe that trimming them and sending via parcel terminal would not be appropriate, therefore this delivery option is not offered for large plants.

Product packaging:

• To ensure as safe delivery of rose plants as possible and to minimize risks during transportation, rose plants are removed from their containers and trimmed as necessary before shipment.
• To receive untrimmed rose plants in their intended containers, we invite you to choose free collection at our company.

Prices for delivery via Omniva parcel terminal:

Depending on the order volume, rose plants may be sent in several separate packages. The maximum order volume with Omniva is 68 rose plants. For larger orders, courier delivery or on-farm pickup will be used.

Approximate costs for delivery via courier:

• Delivery by courier in Tukums ~ 30 EUR
• Delivery by courier in Riga ~ 60 EUR
• Delivery by courier in the Riga region ~60 – 80 EUR
• Delivery by courier in other Latvian cities ~100 EUR
• Delivery to Lithuania and Estonia calculated individually

The indicated prices are very approximate. All delivery costs are calculated individually based on the calculated distance from the company's actual address.
