This is definitely the most frequently asked question, and since only pre-orders can be received on site, we would like to tell you step by step how the preparation and delivery of rose seedlings takes place.
Every morning, we carefully process all received orders and contact you to agree on the most convenient time for collection.
Then the orders are passed on to our greenhouse specialists, who carefully select the most beautiful, healthiest and most magnificent (largest and most flowering) seedlings of the desired variety.
Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed into our greenhouses to protect our plants and “good insects” – since we use natural biological solutions for pest control to the maximum, even a small and accidental external contamination can upset this balance. Therefore, access to the greenhouses is only available to our specialists and gardeners after training and compliance with all disinfection requirements, changing clothes (yes, our employees change clothes completely every time they enter or leave the greenhouse).
After the seedlings are selected, they are sent to the warehouse, where the final preparations take place – license labels and information stickers are applied.
And your ordered seedlings are ready for pick-up!
