What happens when we receive an order in the online store?


We receive a lot of calls every day with questions about how seedlings are prepared and sent via parcel machines in real life, so we are finally ready to show you this process. 


Each sent rose (not to mention growing and caring for it) is carefully prepared by at least 2-5 specialists according to the following system:


Every morning we start with processing orders (we collect orders and hand them over to specialists in the greenhouse);


In the greenhouse, we select the most suitable, most beautiful seedlings of the respective varieties;


We carefully prepare the seedlings: we attach license labels, relevant stickers, carefully tie, secure and trim, as well as place the pots in bags to reduce the risk of transportation;


We prepare a box that matches the order and carefully, using filling material, insert and secure the seedlings (one order can also be divided and sent in several separate boxes, if we observe such a need);


We stick stickers on the boxes that warn about the fragile contents of the box;


We deliver all orders placed on this day to the parcel machine;


After 2-3 days, the order will reach you!


So far, we have received very positive feedback from customers throughout the Baltics who have chosen this delivery method. At the same time, we want to motivate our customers to pick up their orders from the parcel machine on time.
