APHRODITE®
Description
Aphrodite® is a romantic hybrid tea/shrub rose bred by Tantau in 2006. It forms a compact, bushy plant (80–120 cm tall) with leathery, medium green foliage and blooms repeatedly from late spring until autumn. The flowers are large (≈10–12 cm), fully double, cup-shaped, in soft pink to apricot tones, with a pleasant, gentle fragrance. Aphrodite, known for its strong disease resistance, long-lasting blooms and excellent performance as a cut flower, has won significant awards, including the Gold Medal at the Forst Exhibition (2013) and the Glasgow Exhibition (2009).
